**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Solutions Architect to join our team at BT Group. As a key member of our network design team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive Wifi network solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design, develop, and maintain new and existing network solutions using Cisco IOS-XR and IOS-XE software.
  • Migrate network designs to cloud-based technologies to improve scalability and efficiency.
  • Support and test customer Wifi networks in challenging environments to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with business and platform teams to understand requirements and design network solutions that meet their needs.
  • Work with BTWifi software and systems/server teams to dimension and realize production services.
  • Test designs and work with end-to-end testers in lab facilities to identify successes and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the platform architect and design authority to follow the correct strategy and architecture in designs.
  • Analyze security concerns and apply best practices when developing designs.
  • Directly support the end-to-end test team and address any bugs identified during testing.
  • Ensure service availability through DevOps practices, monitoring, and troubleshooting operational issues.

**Requirements**

  • Experience with core network designs using Cisco IOS-XR and IOS-XE software.
  • Proficiency in IP technologies to a CCNA level standard.
  • Knowledge of security technologies, including Firewalls and IPSec.
