Temporary SEN Support Lead

We are seeking an experienced SEN Support Lead to join our client's team on a temporary basis. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to children and families.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the SEND field and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for leading and supporting the development of strategies to improve outcomes for children and young people with SEN.
About the Role
This is a temporary opportunity, covering sick leave. The role is based in the South West of England, with some flexibility to work remotely. You will be responsible for providing support and guidance to the team, ensuring that services are delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the development of strategies to improve outcomes for children and young people with SEN
- Work closely with the client's team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Provide guidance and support to the SEN team
