Warehouse Inventory Manager

GAP Personnel is recruiting for 25 Forklift Drivers on a temporary to permanent basis in its flagship distribution centre. This role involves working with a leading global logistics company based in the UK, handling warehouse inventory and ensuring efficient stock movements.
Estimated Salary: £15.61 per hour (includes £1.50 attendance bonus) and overtime pay at £20.11 after 37.5 hours worked in a week.
Main Responsibilities:
• Utilise MHE equipment to complete put away, case pick, and stock movements
• Conduct pre and post-truck checks to ensure safety standards are met
• Work at heights up to 16.7 metres to case pick and put away pallets
• Stack, organise, and move pallets in the warehouse
• Follow company standard operating procedures and health & safety policies
Requirements:
• Hold a current or expired RTITB/ITTSAR Forklift licence
• Be comfortable working at heights and flexible to complete all duties within the warehouse facility
• Demonstrate reliability and willingness to work shifts
• Receive free upskill training to MHE on site and have a long-term commitment to the company
