Software Engineering Team Lead

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead our development team in Chester, UK. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions while mentoring junior developers and ensuring code quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-performance software applications.
- Lead technical decision-making processes and code reviews.

Requirements:
