Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Junior UX/UI Designer to join our team at Candidate Source Ltd, a leading advertising agency. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our digital products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create high-fidelity visual designs, prototypes, and wireframes for mobile apps, websites, and other digital assets.
  • Conduct research to identify opportunities for improvement and inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
Requirements
  • Professional experience in mobile design and web-based solutions.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, InVision, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Experience with content management systems such as WordPress.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction.

  • A competitive salary of £32,000 - £40,000, dependent on experience.
