About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our team as Graduates. As a Graduate, you will join us on £32,000 with a welcome bonus and could receive a generous Temporary Accommodation Allowance if you move more than 40 miles away from home for the role.

Job Description

You will be responsible for gaining experience of all aspects of the development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, integration, applied research and test. This will involve working closely with engineers from other disciplines, such as Systems, Software and Mechanical, and interfacing with customers and end users.

Requirements

  • A minimum of an upper Second class Bachelor's/Integrated Masters degree, or higher degree, such as a MSc or PhD, in engineering, mathematics, physics or another relevant STEM discipline.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
