Your Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £35,058.69 per annum, plus benefits including 33 days' annual leave, staff pass, healthcare plan, and employer contributory pension scheme. Our rota pattern typically includes 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays, with overtime paid for agreed additional hours.
Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with demonstrable chef experience in a high-volume business, preferably gained within a leading British Gastro Pub. You should have an excellent understanding of current gastro and event food trends, as well as experience of leading a chef team and excellent communication skills. A Food Safety Level 3 qualification is preferable but not essential.
