We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at Premier Inn Lisburn. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have a warm and welcoming experience.

About the Role
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect for our guests.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a safe and respectful work environment.
