Assistant Store Manager

Aesop Retail PTY LTD is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Newbury. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for providing operational, administrative, and leadership support within the store, while maintaining Aesop's impeccable standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Store Manager to lead, develop, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive commercial outcomes.
- Provide operational support, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of store initiatives, including marketing campaigns and events.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a people management role or similar, within a customer service environment.
- Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of driving commercial outcomes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and merchandising skills.
- Knowledge of skin care and skin care industry (advantageous).
- Computer literacy, including strong familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
