**Key Responsibilities:**
An ideal Behaviour Interventionist for this role must have:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar field
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Experience working with young people with SEMH needs
Additionally, the successful candidate will be required to work as part of a team, providing interventions and developing strategies to meet individual student needs.
As a Behaviour Interventionist, you will be responsible for supporting a small number of students with SEMH needs in a secondary school setting, including providing guidance and support to students in their core and non-core subjects, both within and outside the classroom.
The estimated salary for this role is £90-£110 per day, depending on experience.
