Data Entry Specialist for Examinations Job Description:

Are you an experienced administrator looking for a challenging role? Do you have excellent data entry skills and a keen eye for detail?

This Data Entry Specialist position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and meeting tight deadlines. As a member of our Management Information Services team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the College's examination process.

Your main responsibilities will include managing examination entries, delivering results and assisting teaching staff and students with examination-related queries. You will work closely with the Exams Team Co-Ordinator and Exams Manager to ensure the smooth operation of these processes.

To succeed in this role, you must be highly organized, efficient and able to work accurately under pressure. Previous experience in data entry and administration is essential, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
