About the Role

The Strategic Operations Analyst plays a pivotal part in supporting the definition of the company's overarching strategy and driving strategic projects. This role reports to the Head of Strategy Operations and collaborates with regional teams to monitor and boost performance.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Strategic Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for creating impactful presentations and reports to convey findings and recommendations. You will also work with data and modelling on Excel, translating sophisticated data into clear and compelling visuals.

Requirements

  • Experience in credible management consulting firms or banking
  • Proficiency in creating impactful presentations and reports
  • Strong analytical and financial competence
  • Interest in working with data and modelling on Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and deliverables adhering to quality standards
  • Proven ability to conduct detailed research and synthesise complex information
  • Effective communicator, comfortable interacting with collaborators at all levels
  • Exposure to senior management, encouraging relationship-building skills
  • Independent problem solver with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Thrives in both collaborative team environments and autonomous work settings
  • Proficiency in English and German required. Additionally, French highly desirable
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
