Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the pub's facilities, including the kitchen, cellar, and letting rooms
- Build strong relationships with local suppliers, partners, and community groups
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and overheads
The Dolphin Inn is a 16th-century listed building, situated in the heart of Kingston village. The pub offers a unique blend of traditional charm and modern amenities, including a kitchen serving homemade food, a cellar, and three en-suite letting rooms. The pub is known for its warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for locals and visitors alike.
About the AccommodationThe private accommodation includes a one-bedroom flat, kitchen, and lounge, providing a comfortable and convenient living space for the successful candidate.
About the AgreementWe offer a flexible tenancy agreement, providing a piece of mind approach to running your own pub business. Our agreement includes a total term of up to 5 years, with a flexible notice period. We also offer flexible price bands and release fees, which are available.
