Job Description

The Development Framework Officer will support the Programme Team within the Affordable Development Team at Great Places Housing Association. This role will involve managing the Development Team's procurement frameworks and analysing data to drive performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Development Performance Manager to manage the Development Team's procurement frameworks.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to make best use of performance data and improve the service offer.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to stakeholders, including Homes England, Local Authorities, internal colleagues, external consultants and contractors.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support the Development Performance Manager with day-to-day management of the ICN framework, legal services framework, valuers panel and the Off-Site Homes Alliance framework.
  • Take a leading role in the management of the ICN website and portal, ensuring the website and portal are continually updated and key information is shared with all users.
  • Continually develop the website and portal in response to member feedback and requirements.
  • Actively promote the Development Team frameworks through social media and other channels.
  • Prepare material and attend events to promote ICN as and when required.
  • Work with the Development Performance Manager, Project Managers and ICN clients to ensure social value outcomes are achieved through the frameworks.
  • Produce reports on the usage of the frameworks and monitor performance of suppliers to improve performance and identify any issues.

What You'll Need

  • A Level qualifications or equivalent, desirable but not essential.
  • Experience of working in procurement and understanding of frameworks.
  • Confidence and experience of working with a wide range of customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple tasks.
  • Experience of using a variety of IT packages.
  • Experience of presenting data in various formats.
