About the Job

We are excited to offer an Education Programme Lead position at Oxford Summer Courses. As a key member of our on-site team, you will play a vital role in shaping the academic experience for our junior students. Your expertise and leadership skills will enable you to adapt and deliver curriculum enrichment sessions, ensuring high academic standards and student engagement.

Main Accountabilities

  • Leading Academic Programmes: Developing and implementing academic strategies to enhance student outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration: Fostering a culture of effective teamwork among academic staff, promoting a positive and enriching academic environment.
  • Curriculum Design: Reviewing and adapting session plans to cater to diverse student needs, ensuring engaging academic experiences.
  • Academic Quality: Monitoring and improving academic standards, addressing subject-related issues, and providing support to tutors.
  • Pastoral Support: Contributing to the wellbeing of students and collaborating with the residential team to ensure their needs are met.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering and adapting curriculum content effectively, with a strong understanding of best practices in teaching and learning.
  • Right to work in the UK (we cannot sponsor work visas for this role).
