Mental Health Care Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Occupational Therapist to join our Eating Disorders Team. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will work with children, young people, and their families to deliver high-quality interventions and promote their mental health and well-being.

About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering outstanding care and support to young people and their families, including supervising mealtimes, liaising with schools and colleges, and providing psychoeducation on food, eating disorders, and emotion management. In addition, you will provide supervision to junior team members and contribute to resource development and training for professionals.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a degree in Occupational Therapy (BSc/MSc), Occupational Therapy Registration with HCPC, evidence of ongoing CPD, and a postgraduate qualification relevant to your specialty. You must also have developed and proven experience in child and adolescent mental health or adult mental health, as well as knowledge and experience of therapy outcome measures and occupational therapy assessments/interventions. Salary and Benefits
This part-time position offers a competitive salary of £46,148 per year, paid on Agenda for Change terms and conditions. The Band 7 salary reflects the importance of this role in delivering high-quality care to our patients.
