We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This temporary role is ideal for someone looking for flexible work arrangements with potential for a longer-term arrangement.

Job Summary

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to assist with various accounting tasks, including purchase ledger, payments, receipts, invoices, and bank transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily accounting duties
  • Review and process payments and receipts
  • Post journal entries and maintain accurate records
  • Process invoices and bank transactions

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in an accounts team or similar environment
  • Prior experience with credit control, bank & VAT reconciliations
  • SAP accounting system knowledge is beneficial but not essential

Working Arrangements

This part-time role offers the flexibility of working 15-30 hours per week, split over 4-5 days a week with flexible start and finish times. The office is open from 7:00 AM, allowing for early starts if preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
