Job Description

The Director of Regulatory Operations will play a key role in leading our Enforcement team in delivering high-quality results while promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation. This includes overseeing the team's work plan, budget, and resources, as well as developing and implementing strategies to achieve our goals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Enforcement team in its day-to-day operations, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Legal & Enforcement Group as a senior leader, contributing to the development of our regulatory framework and enforcing laws that protect consumers and promote competition. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in regulatory enforcement, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Our Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £80,000-£110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible working options and opportunities for professional development.
