Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Social Media Assistants. As the online representatives of our brand, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service across various social media platforms, including X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Your primary goal will be to foster positive interactions with our customers, addressing their inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a good understanding of social media platforms, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is highly desirable, as is knowledge of airport operations.
