The Perth City Community Care and Treatment Service (CCATS) is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Assistant to join their team. This opportunity provides a unique chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients in the Perth City locality.

As a Clinical Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to patients in a variety of settings. Your role will involve working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Experience working in a healthcare or social care environment is essential, with a strong focus on developing interpersonal and communication skills. You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Clinical Care Assistants in Scotland and adhere to the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
