**Nurse Practitioner Position in Rugby**
We are recruiting an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Rugby. As a key member of our Primary Care Practitioner team, you will work closely with experienced GPs, Nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
**Responsibilities & Requirements**
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working as a Nurse Practitioner, managing acute, on-the-day appointments
- Conducting home visits as required
- Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless patient care
