An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Coordinator to join the team at Katie Bard in their Birmingham office.
About the RoleThis role offers the chance to work as part of a dynamic team, providing administrative support to fee earners and contributing to the smooth operation of the office. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the teams' inbox, coordinating meetings, booking rooms and facilities, and liaising with attendees to ensure all relevant equipment is in place.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the teams' inbox in an efficient and proactive manner
- Coordinate meetings, both internal and external, booking rooms and facilities and liaising with attendees
- National and international travel management including arranging hotels, flights and transfers
- Oversee document drafting, production and management
- Organise fee-earner meetings, including preparing agendas and collating papers
- File management; archiving, opening and closing files, and ensuring all documents are electronically filed and in line with file management best practice
- Provide general administrative support to the fee earners, and support projects on an ad-hoc basis when required
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a PA within a legal environment and a high competency for Microsoft Office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a nationally recognised and respected law firm, offering up to £33,000 per annum depending on experience.
