Job Description:This exciting opportunity as a Teaching Assistant involves working with a local SEN school in Weymouth to support students with special educational needs. You will work collaboratively with the teaching staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans, ensuring that every student reaches their full potential.
Responsibilities:- Supporting students with learning difficulties, language barriers, or other special needs.
- Preparing and organizing classroom materials, equipment, and resources.
- Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Relevant experience in education, preferably with SEN students.
- Strong understanding of special education needs and effective communication skills.
- Enhanced DBS registration (or willingness to apply).
