Store Team Assistant

About the Role:
To succeed as a Delivery Team Member at Next, you'll focus on efficiently processing stock to meet customer demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process stock accurately and efficiently, including scanning, unpacking, and putting stock away.
- Ensure stock is presented attractively and stored correctly in sales floors or stockrooms.
- Maintain clean, tidy, and organized operational areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service from back or front areas of the store, working on the sales floor as needed.
- Collaborate with the store team, reporting to Coordinators or Managers.
About You:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, calm, and efficient demeanor.
- Accurate, thorough, and organized, with attention to detail.
- Pride in your work, with energy, pace, and enthusiasm for tasks.
- Ability to work independently and stay busy.
- Flexibility, support, and a willingness to go the extra mile for your team and customers.
- Enjoy taking control of your own development.
