About the Role

We are seeking an experienced School Cook to join our team at Overton School, part of Options Autism. As a key member of our close-knit team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality food and hospitality for our young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook nutritious meals for our students, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
  • Work alongside colleagues to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to Health and Safety guidelines.
  • Serve food and drinks to students at mealtimes, providing excellent customer service.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role and/or setting.
  • Health and Hygiene Level 3 qualification.
  • Catering qualification (desirable).
