The company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Director for Multinational Projects based in London, UK.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Analyze HR strategies and develop effective plans aligned with business objectives,
  • Design and implement best practices for HR policies, procedures, laws, standards, and regulations,
  • Develop a positive working environment by supporting employee development, engagement, and motivation through daily HR routine,
  • Execute full-cycle payroll processes, monitor salary adjustments, and fringe benefits annually, as well as Recruitment, Training, and Performance Management,
  • Solve problems related to payment processes, including reconciliation with Finance team,
  • Assign tasks to team members based on the global and local HR agenda,
  • Manage employee traffic arising from project-based mobility,
  • Respond to staff queries regarding all human resources matters,
  • Ensure compliance with local and international legal requirements by managing work permits, residence permits, and visa processes including documentation,
  • Provide regular reporting to HQ,

We offer a competitive salary range between £60,000 - £90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
