Job Title: Fire Security Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Security Engineer to join our team at City Facilities Management. As a Fire Security Engineer, you will be responsible for undertaking Fire Alarm / Emergency Lighting, CCTV, Intruder, and Access Maintenance, working within the Security and Fire team while operating in compliance with company policy and procedure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake Fire Alarm / Emergency Lighting, CCTV, Intruder, and Access Maintenance to the highest standards in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
  • Work across a number of sites with minimum supervision and have the capability to liaise with On-Site Managers.
  • Be qualified to City and Guilds electrical and have a hands-on, can-do and flexible approach to your work.
  • Participate in an on-call rota of 1 week in every 4.
  • Hold a full and valid driving licence and be flexible to travel on a daily basis and occasional overnight stays.

Requirements:

  • Electrical Competency Qualification (NVQ/City & Guilds)
  • CCTV IP/analogue Systems
  • Fire alarm Systems
  • PC Literate

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £34,346.00 per annum, 25 days annual leave (including bank holidays) + phone, laptop & fully expensed car/van, and overtime available.
