As an autonomous practitioner, you will work independently to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, managing a wide range of presenting complaints and healthcare needs.
Main Responsibilities- Undertake clinical nursing practice at an advanced level, utilizing expert knowledge and clinical skills to deliver holistic care to patients accessing primary healthcare services.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients attending primary healthcare services with acute, non-acute, and chronic medical conditions.
- Directly admit patients to secondary care with acute medical needs and refer patients to other medical specialties as appropriate.
- Interpret diagnostic tests and routine clinical procedures, making critical clinical judgments to satisfy the expectations and demands of the role.

Requirements- Significant post-registration experience in primary and community nursing.
- Recent experience in nurse-led management of minor illness, minor ailments, and injuries.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with staff of all levels in a positive, helpful, and constructive manner.
- Ability to work with computer-based medical records management systems, such as SystmOne/EMIS.
