We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Progressor. As a Sales Progressor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth completion of home sales transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to meet targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Utilize excellent customer service skills to provide a high level of support and guidance to clients throughout the home buying process.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve sales processes and strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in an administrative role, with experience in Estate Agency/Residential Lettings and the home buying process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Basic annual salary between £17,500 to £22,000 (depending on experience), with complete on-target earnings of £25,000 per year.
  • Quarterly bonuses for successfully converting a percentage of the pipeline.
  • Dedicated training and coaching to support ongoing development.
