Are you a skilled Mechanical Engineer looking for a challenging role in a dynamic company? We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team in Nottingham.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing bespoke mechanical products, working closely with our engineering team to bring projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mechanical products using CAD software
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget
  • Liaise with manufacturing providers to ensure smooth production processes
  • Produce technical drawings and documentation
  • Work in a small multi-disciplinary team on varied projects

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual with a strong background in Mechanical Engineering and excellent communication skills.

Requirements:

  • BSc/BEng qualification in Mechanical Engineering or similar
  • Proficiency with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD)
  • Ability to carry out mechanical calculations
  • Previous experience working with machinery and automated systems is beneficial
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
