Role Overview

As a Leisure Club Assistant at Holiday Inn Runcorn, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional Health & Fitness experience to our members and guests. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Leisure Club Manager in delivering a successful Health & Fitness offering, promoting and supporting behavioural change in achieving fitness goals and the benefits of healthy living.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the Leisure Club is always presented in an excellent condition, completing daily, weekly, and monthly checks as required.
  • Achieve new member sales, renewals, and net membership growth metrics.
  • Support the Club Management Team in local marketing initiatives to drive New Member Sales, Membership Headcount, and the Club's position in the community.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to Health & Safety and support the Club Management Team in relation to the Sustainable Safety Group (SSG) audit.
  • Undertake cash handling duties and submit to hotel finance.

Requirements

  • Pool Water Safety Qualification of Pool Responder
  • First Aid at Work Qualification
  • CIMSPA fitness professional qualification of Level 2 or above
  • Health & Fitness / Leisure Industry Qualification of Level 3 or above
