We're looking for an organised, proactive and motivated vet who has what it takes to lead and inspire our clinical teams.

As a Divisional Veterinary Director, you will be responsible for establishing a culture of consistent working and compliance, championing best practice and exceptional clinical care – as well as external regulatory standards.

You will be an advocate for RCVS and BVA guidelines, monitoring and driving improvements across the division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish culture and ensure compliance of our internal policies and governance as well as external regulatory bodies such as RCVS, driving improvements across the division.
  • Own and chair divisional Quality improvement committees and engage in relevant clinical boards as needed.
  • Support the clinics in delivering excellent client service and provide support to the regional operations directors to aid in complaints handling.

  • MRCVS
  • Experience of leading teams
  • Evidence of delivering best practice and results
