Job Title: Resource Planning and Allocation Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Resource Planning and Allocation Manager to oversee the creation and management of timetables for our affiliated partner universities. The role involves strategic planning, coordination, and collaboration with academic staff and administrative teams to ensure that all scheduling needs are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain comprehensive timetables for partner universities, ensuring alignment with academic calendars and course requirements.
* Collaborate with faculty, administration, and partner institutions to gather information necessary for effective timetable planning.
* Oversee the Resource Planning and Allocation team, ensuring the optimal allocation of classrooms, equipment, and staff across all campuses.
* Analyze data related to course enrollments, classroom usage, and faculty availability to inform timetable decisions.
* Prepare and present regular reports on timetable performance, resource utilization, and areas for improvement.
* Provide guidance and training to staff involved in timetable management processes.

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree in Education Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience in timetable management or academic administration, preferably in a higher education setting.
* Proficient in scheduling software and MS Office Suite.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
