The Ryder Grill & Kitchen

The Ryder Grill & Kitchen is a 220-seat restaurant offering a diverse range of menu options, from our signature à la carte dishes to chefs' tables and Sunday carvery. Our theatre kitchen provides an immersive dining experience, where guests can witness the preparation of our steaks and roasts. Our menus are carefully crafted to showcase the best of seasonal ingredients, and our team is dedicated to delivering outstanding service and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Breakfast Service

As a key member of our breakfast team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests start their day with a delicious and satisfying meal. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, managing tables, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in providing a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Deliver exceptional service, ensuring that guests' needs are met and exceeded
  • Confidently promote our menu offerings and make recommendations
  • Manage tables efficiently, ensuring prompt service and minimizing wait times
