Job Title: Senior Graphics Engineer – Star Wars

At NaturalMotion, we're pushing the boundaries of game development to create immersive experiences that captivate audiences worldwide. As a Senior Graphics Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our upcoming title, Star Wars: Hunters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement rendering solutions in Unreal Engine for mobile and Nintendo Switch.
  • Develop high-performance, visually stunning graphics using C++ and HLSL/GLSL for Metal, Vulkan, OpenGL, and DirectX.
  • Tackle complex problems across rendering, optimization, tooling development, and ensuring seamless visuals on a wide range of devices.
  • Bring a deep understanding of algorithms, design patterns, debugging, and memory/performance optimization to the table.
  • Strive for excellence in software craftsmanship and contribute to improving software design.
  • Grow with the business, expanding your skills and expertise to stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in shipping multiple games as a C++ mobile, console, or PC software game developer.
  • Familiarity with the complexities of shipping games to Android & iOS devices on different chipsets and hardware specifications.
  • Experience with games as a service and live operations.
  • Strong C++ and shader language programming and debugging experience.
  • Expertise with debugging a wide range of graphical issues.
  • Developed and released two or more games with Unreal Engine, as a Senior Graphics Engineer or Experienced Graphics Engineer.
