About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accredited Immigration Supervisor to join our team at ILPA - Immigration Law Practitioners' Association Ltd. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of immigration cases, including appeal and judicial review, and to develop and implement policies and procedures for immigration services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have a strong understanding of UK immigration law and procedures, as well as experience in managing caseloads and supervising junior staff.

Job Description

This is a flexible role with options for remote, office, or hybrid working. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing immigration advice to all levels, including appeal and judicial review, and working across Legal Aid funded services and private, not-for-profit, fee-paying services.

The role will involve conducting supervisions for up to 4 team members and supporting the Immigration Services Manager in training. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring caseloads, conducting file reviews, and allocating cases based on team qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide high-quality immigration advice to clients
* Manage and supervise a team of immigration advisors
* Conduct file reviews and allocate cases to team members
* Develop and implement policies and procedures for immigration services

Requirements

* 3+ years of experience in immigration law and practice
* Strong understanding of UK immigration law and procedures
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in managing caseloads and supervising junior staff

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
