Role Overview
Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team in Alton. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the people we support, while also contributing to the management and supervision of our residential service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, and challenging behaviors to gain independence in their daily lives
- Assist the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of the service, including allocating shifts and ordering medication
- Induct new colleagues and support with supervision's, ensuring a smooth transition for our service users
- Work collaboratively with the team to promote a welcoming and friendly environment

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
- Level 3 in Health & Social Care
- Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, and challenging behaviors
