About the Role

This challenging yet rewarding position offers a unique opportunity for a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team. As a key member of the multi-disciplinary team, you will work closely with patients and their families to assess, plan, and deliver nursing care that aligns with patient choice.

We are looking for an experienced nurse who has worked with patients who have eating disorders and related mental health issues. You should possess strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise care delivery.

A commitment to personal and professional development in line with healthcare standards is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver prescribed care within an agreed framework for a defined group of patients.
  2. Work with patients and their families to assess, plan, and deliver nursing care that aligns with patient choice.
  3. Monitor and review nursing care plans, making adjustments as necessary based on patient condition.
  4. Contribute to a multidisciplinary team approach to patient care, including regular meetings and discussions.
  5. Prioritise nursing duties and delegate tasks appropriately, ensuring safe care delivery within shift coordination.
  6. Maintain personal professional development in line with preceptorship and revalidation requirements.
  7. Participate in clinical supervision and reflective practice on a monthly basis.
Requirements
  • A valid NMC PIN with a Registered Nurse qualification (RMN).
  • Experience with patients who have eating disorders and related mental health issues.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise care delivery.
  • A commitment to personal and professional development in line with healthcare standards.
Salary and Benefits

Up to £44,953 per annum + £5,000 welcome bonus.
