The role of Network Analyst is responsible for providing high-level operational support of the global network to ensure availability meets the SLA objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Network Support: Identifies and resolves network problems following agreed procedures.
  • Security Administration: Monitors the application and compliance of security administration procedures and reviews information systems for actual or potential breaches in security.
  • Incident Management: Prioritizes and diagnoses incidents according to agreed procedures.
  • Change Management: Develops implementation plans for complex requests for change and leads the assessment, analysis, development, documentation, and implementation of changes based on requests.

Requirements

  • Demonstratable knowledge and experience of networking practices within a corporate environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience working within an SLA-driven technical support environment.
  • CCNA Certification or higher.
  • Familiarity with Public Cloud networking (Azure, AWS).
