We are seeking a skilled Optical Systems Specialist to join our team at IC Resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, testing, and optimizing optical components and systems. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic start-up in the field of AR/VR technology.

The successful candidate will have a PhD in a relevant field or a Master's degree with significant experience in developing optical imaging systems. They will also have experience in free space optical systems, bench-top optical experiments, and ray tracing software. Strong communication skills and the ability to relocate to Cambridge or surrounding areas are essential.
