Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Control Systems Specialist to join our team at ecomaids of New Hyde Park-Great Neck-Port Washington. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, configuring, and operating building control systems, as well as excellent communication skills to work directly with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and configure building control systems to meet project requirements, including creating flow diagrams, sequence of operations, and electrical schematics.
  • Develop and test software programs to operate the system, ensuring it meets the intent of the project/job requirements.
  • Coordinate and create necessary drawings and equipment schedules for submittals and installations.
  • Assist in performing site-specific training for clients on control system(s).
  • Perform value engineering to provide cost-effective results while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Bac Net experience preferred.
  • 3-5 years of related work experience in a commercial property setting.
  • Current valid PA driver's license.
