About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Enterprise Value Streams to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end value stream optimization, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency, quality, and innovation across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define sector strategy and develop advantaged actions and initiatives to reduce cost and drive consumer value.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams to advance, innovate, and design for the sector value streams.
  • Work closely with various departments, including Operations, R&D, Sales, and Marketing, to improve the overall value stream.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and create top-level initiatives to drive end-to-end value stream for the sector.
  • Translate business strategy into value stream requirements.
  • Drive robustness in make versus buy analysis with ECM and internal partners, ensuring strong capital efficiency.
  • Develop strong commercial partnerships and understanding of customers and consumers to ensure the supply chain can deliver as expected.
  • Support sourcing strategy, ensure business continuity, and negotiate leverage.
  • Define and manage target condition and plan to achieve.
  • Manage segment value stream execution plan.
Goal Setting and Performance Management
  • Bring competitive understanding, industry benchmarks, and global internal capabilities to the role.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the sector value stream, including metrics related to cost, quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and mitigate risks within the value stream, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
New Product and Process Innovation
  • Drive the manufacturing technology advancement roadmap, understanding global asset capabilities and needs, tied to the innovation roadmap, asset strategy, and process advancements.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Product Development, and Capital Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of new products/systems into the value stream.
