Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance existing workflows by embedding AI capabilities for improved data interpretation and automation, influencing the team's approach to AI integration.
  • Work closely with the AI Solutions Architect to ensure alignment with the overall system architecture, helping to define the technical direction and strategy of the team.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to AI tool integration and performance within a complex technology environment, establishing best practices for the new team.

Requirements:
  • Significant hands-on experience in software development, with a strong focus on API integration and AI technologies within multi-platform environments.
  • Proven experience implementing AI platforms such as OpenAI, Google AI, or Anthropic, particularly within CRM systems, PWAs, decisioning engines, and other proprietary tools.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • A passion for shaping new teams and influencing the future of AI integrations.
