Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Care Practitioner to join our team at The Birches Medical Centre and Martlesham Heath Surgery. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, utilizing your clinical skills and judgment to assess and manage patients with a range of health complaints.

Main Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional patient care, applying clinical decision-making and collaborative working with all teams within the surgery.

Advance patient care, highlighting and implementing management and preventative interventions as necessary.

Provide leadership and direction within the practice, supporting the implementation of policies and procedures.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Registered Nurse or Paramedic First Level Nurse or other healthcare professional qualification leading to registration
  • Degree level study or equivalent (evidence required)
  • Ability to work autonomously

Desirable:

  • Independent non-medical prescriber qualifications (evidence required)
