Receptionist and Administrator - Backshift PositionSearch is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist and Administrator to join our team on a Full-Time basis until the end of December 2024. The successful candidate will be based in Newark, Nottinghamshire, and will work on a Backshift schedule from 2:00pm to 10:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and staff, handling incoming calls, and transferring calls to the appropriate party.
- Assist with meeting room bookings, including organizing refreshments and stationery.
- Perform basic ad hoc administration tasks as required.
- Previous experience in a Reception or Administration role is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid IT skills.
