About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Analyst to join our team at William Hill. As a key member of our Security Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving the maturity of our security capabilities and enhancing our overall security posture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and mitigate security incidents, identifying root causes and developing solutions to improve our security position.
  • Work with a diverse tech stack, including On-Premise and Cloud environments, to identify and address potential security threats.
  • Provide support to our wider team of Security Operations analysts, sharing knowledge and skills to enhance our collective security capabilities.
  • Conduct post-incident reviews to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to mitigate future security risks.
  • Collaborate with our Web Application and Corporate Environments teams to provide incident response capabilities and ensure the security of our systems.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation as part of our Information Security Operations Team, providing 24/7 support to ensure the security of our systems.
Requirements
  • Experience in conducting incident response across corporate and customer-facing web application environments, identifying potential threats and mitigating/escalating as required.
  • Experience with SOAR platforms, SIEM systems (including Splunk), and cloud-native tooling.
  • Knowledge of PCI DSS and/or ISO 27001 compliance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
