Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Design Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing composite components and tooling for our F1 race cars. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop composite components and tooling for F1 race cars
  • Work closely with the Head of Monocoque Design to ensure that designs meet the required specifications and standards
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that designs are integrated into the overall vehicle design
  • Develop and maintain CAD models and drawings of composite components and tooling
  • Conduct analysis and testing to ensure that designs meet performance and safety requirements
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering or similar
  • Good knowledge of composite materials and manufacturing techniques
  • Experience with CAD modeling and drafting, preferably with Catia V5 or 3DExp
  • Good PC skills, including Word and Excel
  • Experience or exposure to a motorsport environment is beneficial
