About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Loss Adjuster to join our team at Adjusting Appointments Limited. As a Loss Adjuster, you will be responsible for managing property claims ranging from minor damage to major and catastrophic events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of property claims, including commercial and domestic losses, up to the value of £100k.
  • Investigate claims with tact and a calm manner, establishing the facts and policy details to work towards a resolution.
  • Support valued clients in proactively handling and settling claims, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work from a home base, with regular regional travel required throughout North London and surrounding counties, with occasional overnight stays.
Requirements
  • Previous loss adjusting experience dealing with either domestic or commercial losses.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple claims.
  • Progression towards professional qualifications such as CertCILA, DipCILA, ACII or ACILA would be beneficial.
