About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Team Member to join our team at our Epping Forest store. As a Store Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers, helping them to find the perfect craft supplies and materials.
- Sales and Merchandising
- Meet or exceed sales targets, promoting products and services to customers and driving sales growth.
- Maintain a high level of store presentation, ensuring that the store is tidy, well-organized, and visually appealing.
- Teamwork and Communication
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, and customers, providing clear and concise information and feedback.
