As a Primary Care Nurse with Practice Plus Group, you'll be part of a dedicated team providing high-quality care to patients in secure environments. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, and developing and leading clinics to improve patient outcomes.

You'll be an integral part of our healthcare team, contributing to the delivery of our nurse-led service and preventing hospital admissions. In return, we offer a competitive annual salary of up to £41,461, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including a company pension scheme, 25 days' annual leave, and discounts on shopping and leisure activities.
